Professional Training
I am passionate about learning and sharing knowledge. Our learning is lifelong and there is no better forum for this than in a group setting where the sharing of ideas and knowledge, as well as acquisition of new knowledge can take place. We learn best from one another.
My style of delivery is interactive, enabling individuals to question and reflect, which stimulates discussion and debate.
I offer training in the area of adult mental health, psychological therapies, counselling training, staff well-being and therapist self-care. I have completed a postgraduate certificate in higher education practice (PGCHEP) and am an experienced university lecturer having taught at undergraduate and postgraduate level for many years.
I am creative and adaptable, which means that I can help develop bespoke training packages that suit your needs. I have successfully designed and delivered programmes in the areas of mental health recovery and trauma. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.
