I am passionate about learning and sharing knowledge. Our learning is lifelong and there is no better forum for this than in a group setting where the sharing of ideas and knowledge, as well as acquisition of new knowledge can take place. We learn best from one another.
My style of delivery is interactive, enabling individuals to question and reflect, which stimulates discussion and debate.
I offer training in the area of adult mental health, psychological therapies, counselling training, staff well-being and therapist self-care.
